Many places in the Charlotte area offer “Parents’ Night Out” or “Kids’ Night Out” events, where parents can drop off their kids for a few hours and get dinner, run errands, or just have some time to themselves.

- Noah’s Art/My Gym – SouthPark/Blakeney/Fort Mill (5:30pm-8:30pm for ages 3-10 on select nights)
- LifeTime Gym – Charlotte, NC (must be a LifeTime member)
- Grow Cafe CLT – Charlotte, NC (5:00pm-8:00pm once a month; parents must stay within a 15-minute radius of the venue)
- BounceU – Matthews, NC (ages 5-11 on select Friday nights)
- Shoot 360 – Charlotte, NC (6:00pm-9:00pm; for kids in grades K-8)
