Outdoor Fitness Classes in Charlotte | Charlotte Moms Network

It’s been said that no one ever regrets a workout once it’s completed…and I can safely say that I can agree with that one.  That being said, sometimes it’s really hard to get yourself to the gym, the studio, the track, the lap pool…wherever your exercise venue of choice may be.

In my opinion, it’s a lot easier to get yourself there when the venue is located outdoors.  And lucky for us, there’s a ton of places that are hosting outdoor exercise classes this summer in the Charlotte area.  Here’s a few to make note of and attend…you won’t regret it!  (Be sure to check the links included for class details, age restrictions, and anything else you may need.)
